Business development team (the team that is responsible for responding to proposal requests from customers) faces a lot of problems in keeping track of proposals responded and their status, there is no information sharing between the teams and who is working in which team.It is difficult to identify

The aim was to create a single web based solution which included dashboards to track projects and overall performance which was previously captured in excel sheets, notebooks that was severely time-consuming

Observations

Employees effort is tracked by a web based software in which they have to put thier time manually. Which is not real time

All the official communication happens through mails and inside a project all communication is by microsoft teams

Basically there is no specific method.
It depends on clients for whom the work is being done.Overall Agile is something that has been followed
and it's working perfectly well.
